You Probably Have Questions

How do you price listing photos?

We keep it simple. Homes up to 1500sqft are $275, then $25 for each additional 250sqft

Trying to slim down your offerings doesn’t sit well with us. We want you to have as many photos showing as many angles as we can. The only time we ever put a cap on the amount of photos we deliver is when you book one of our packages which contain many more offerings within

How many photos will I receive?

This will obviously depend on the size of the home, but you can expect anywhere from 50 on the low end to 90 on the high end, depending on how many square feet we are working with.

The most we have ever delivered is 120 photos for a 7000sqft property. Most homes will never come near that, but we would prefer you are not restricted with what you can use

What kind of turnaround time can I expect?

We guarantee next-day turnaround for all of your listing photos. The last thing we want is for you and your clients to be waiting on us to go live

Even if we perform other services such as video that take longer to edit, we will always deliver photos first and within 24 hours

Why do we need your services? Can't I take pictures myself?

Primarily because this is all that we do, and we are here for your benefit. In the same way you would trust an electrician to not mess up the wiring of your home, we will not let you down when it comes to capturing your next listing

Lastly, it just saves you time. You are a real estate professional, while we have over a decade of experience photographing that real estate. You do what you do best, and we will do the same 

As an agent, do I have to be present?

You do not. As long as the sellers are aware of our appointment and we can gain access to the home, you presence is not required. Access can be given via garage code, keys, lockbox; or just provide clear instructions

Who should be present during the shoot?

We prefer it to be ourselves and the agent at the most; perhaps the occasional camera-shy cat. This is not to say the homeowners can’t be present, but we will be shuffling from room to room which may take considerably longer to do our job

I’m not in Bozeman or Big Sky… Will you travel?

Of course! We have done work in Butte, Helena, Livingston, West Yellowstone and more. We are always willing to be wherever you need us.

We assess travel at $1.25/mile (only one-way). An example would be Bozeman to Butte and back, coming in at just over $100 for travel

The sky is grey, what now?

Business as usual. We actually like cloudy days so there aren’t any harsh shadows or blown-out areas of high exposure

But we wouldn’t dare deliver a cloudy photo, which is why sky replacement to either blue sky or sunset is included with every shoot

Can we reschedule?

For any reason whatsoever, the answer will always be yes. Rain or snow? Let’s reschedule. Sellers not ready? Reschedule. Staging not finished yet? You get the idea. All we ask is that you make sure to tell us so we can get you into the next opening on our schedule

Why didn’t you do the dishes?

We can’t possibly clean the house AND create captivating content. Our job is to create the media that sells your client’s home, while your client’s job is to make sure the home is ready to allow that to happen

That being said, we are happy to pull shades, turn on lights, and aid in the presentation-related tasks that put the finishing touches on an already photo-ready home

Do you have a discount structure for bulk bookings?

We are always willing to discuss bulk bookings, or even ongoing contracts with high-volume clients. Please reach out to us directly to further discuss.
